Nice and spacious hotel with great location. Cafe Luca isnt anything great though, youre better off walking to robinson's place 10mins away. Still, very nicely put together hotel & friendly staff

If you want a hotel that's near sa Mall yet still quiet, then I would recommend it. Don't expect too much sa rooms and sa aesthetics ng hotel since di na siya gaya ng dati. Need nila ng upgrades, do some repairs, and a lot of maintenance. Staff aren't welcoming either.

Was stucked at Ilocos Norte from Typhoon Egay's onslaught. The Hotel was very accommodating, they even let us use the pool inspite of strong/heavy rains. The only downside is that their Cafe Luca was closed (employees cannot report for duty) so all guests were forced to travel to Robinsons to buy food and water... kindly use contingency plan for this... I was tempted to volunteer to cook for the cafe but I was there to accomplish items and deliverables. If it was a R&R, I could be their volunteer Chef so that all check-in guests will noy be forced to face the typhoon goingbout. Good for those who have their cars but as for us who were commuting, it was pretty hard.. another was that one of the floor plugs had smoke and burning smell, we did report it and until the evening I was supposed to work there, still the same problem. For safety issues, they could have placed warning signs, like it can spark and/or worst, cause an emergency. Other than that, Ilocano Hospitality still prevailed.

Nice Hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Relaxing atmosphere. No elevator though so beware for those with Senior or wheelchair bound companions. Ample parking. Hotel is walking distance to/from Robinsons mall and is near Laoag town proper and tourist spots like Sand Dune and Paoay Church.

Poor service. We booked 2 rooms both without ref and cups/glass and facility for coffee/ tea. Just bed and aircon, beddings and towels. I asked if they have any electric kettle, the reception informed me that only family room and de luxe rooms have this. At the price i paid for the rooms(5,000php/ room), it was not worth it.

Centrally located. Easy to find. Next to a shell gasoline station. Ample parking space. Only thing is there are no elevator going up the other floors of the hotel. Though the have a bell boy that carries the luggage without qualms. The ground floor rooms are more cozy. The rooms have a balcony and small table and chair outside. The rooms are not soundproof though and some guests took their calls outside at very unholy hours which is kinda disturbing. Beds were big and comfortable. Design was simple and bathroom is basic and small as most hotels this rate. Only thing I'm not so happy about is that when we arrived it was Dec 24 and about 8Pm already the chef was tired and didn't accommodate our request to have dinner at the same hotel. And also that same day their PLDT line had problems so no wifi in the entire hotel. All in all it was still a nice stay

Perfectly located at the center of Laoag, it's location is very much convenient as it's close to a convenient store and Robinson's mall. A few minutes away is the Capitol Building, Sinking Bell Tower, Laoag airport, the museum and other landmarks. It's also a quick drive to the Sand Dunes and Paoay tourist attractions. Its not an affordable accommodation for all so for the price, you do expect more like a mini fridge or better breakfast options. Staff is great during our stay. We have a kid in tow and my kid roams around the hotel with no problem. With an architecture mixed of farm house, Spanish villa and old Filipino, it gives you that upscale home-y and serene vibe. So perfect for events like weddings. There is a restaurant inside the hotel and they do allow room service. Parking is plenty too. There is a PWD ramp at the entrance but the whole resort hotel isn't really PWD friendly (no elevators, no pwd handles in the bathroom, etc)
